About Kip Prestholdt
Kip is an adventurous and dynamic television writer and producer. His experiences range from the highly acclaimed public television series, Secrets of the Sequence, to daring explorations in the military for the National Geographic Television series, Mission Rescue and a two-hour special for the Discovery Channel, HALO: Freefall Warriors. A true storyteller, Kip has unraveled the historical mysteries of ancient mound building in America and the Chachapoyan mummies of northern Peru in two shows for the History Channel’s Digging for the Truth series. Some of Kip’s other filmmaking highlights include The Roots and Rise of the Turkish Republic, a one-hour special for American Public Television and a lifestyle/reality-based episode for the Discovery Channel, Jackpot! Inside America’s Lottery Winners.
About Rich Confalone
Rich Confalone is an award-winning cinematographer and storyteller. His career has taken him to exotic locations all over the world, photographing some of the most thrilling documentaries on television today. Rich’s 20+ years of experience in documentary production has instilled in him, not only a strong technical background, but also an invaluable sense of story and aesthetic. Some recent credits include: 22 episodes of History Channel’s successful series Digging for the Truth, dozens of shows for National Geographic Television, commercials for companies such as FedEx, music videos for Sony and RCA, and high-end industrial campaigns. He has also shot several feature films. His most recent feature film was accepted at The Sundance Film Festival and won awards at the London and Berlin Film Festivals.
